Coachella 2025

Coachella 2025 will take place over two weekends, April 11-13 and April 18-20. Once again, visitors will descend on the usual venue, the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. Although the lineup hasn't been announced yet, anticipation is high, and folks are already making plans.

Tickets began selling on May 3, 2024, and attending Coachella in 2025 will involve several costs, depending on the type of experience you're aiming for. There are the general admission tickets that’ll set you back at least $600 and the VIP admission for closer to $2,000. Add transportation, accommodations, and food, and you might spend between $1,000 and $2,500 – depending on your festival experience.

The traffic nightmare is yours, free of charge.

Likely Traffic Issues Around Coachella 2025

If prior years are any indication, traffic will be a nightmare. The I-10, which leads into Indio, typically sees heavy traffic as festival-goers arrive and depart. Congestion starts as early as Thursday before the festival and extends into Monday morning after the festival ends.

If you’re thinking of using the back roads and side streets, don’t bother. Monroe Street and Jefferson Street become bottlenecks, with traffic moving very slowly during peak times, especially in the afternoons when people are heading to the festival and at night when they are leaving.

These issues don’t even touch on the pain of getting to Coachella if you are coming in from farther away and will drive in. For those trying to avoid the highway nightmare, regular flight travel is another downer. Long lines, missed flights, booking snafus, and the potential of last-minute flight cancellations are just some of the headaches you can look forward to.

KinectAir to the Rescue!

KinectAir operates private charter flights for you and your friends. Taking a private charter flight to Coachella in 2025 offers countless advantages, particularly for those looking to avoid the aforementioned travel headaches associated with the festival.

Save time. A private charter flight lets you bypass long security lines and waiting times associated with commercial flights. Choose the exact departure and arrival times that suit your schedule, and know that your flight departs and arrives as planned.

Avoiding traffic jams. One of the biggest challenges of attending Coachella is the heavy traffic on the roads leading to Indio. By flying privately, you can land at a nearby airport and then take a short drive or even a helicopter ride directly to the festival grounds, avoiding the hours-long traffic jams.

Convenience. With a private charter, fly directly to smaller airports closer to the festival, such as Bermuda Dunes Airport or Jacqueline Cochran Regional Airport. Heading there could significantly reduce travel time to the festival site compared to flying into larger airports like LAX or Palm Springs and then driving.

Relax. Travel is stressful. And, if you are waiting in a long line at the airport and looking forward to being stuck in an epic traffic jam on arrival, you might just have a hard time keeping a positive attitude. A charter flight won't do this to you. Best of all, we can even help you find ground transportation once you touch down.

Last year, a rain storm during the festival caused flooding and made travel difficult. Only those with private transportation were able to amend their plans and avoid getting stuck. Rest assured, our private flights offer greater flexibility in terms of changing your plans. If you want to stay an extra day or leave early, we can typically accommodate last-minute changes, which is not the case with commercial flights. Also, if you'd like to bring your pet, they can be with you. No need for them to be in a kennel with the luggage.

Sure, the cost of a private charter flight is higher than some other travel options. That said, the benefits in terms of time savings, comfort, and convenience make it the most attractive option for anyone who has already spent quite a bit of money just to get into Coachella. And, if you bring along some buddies, it might even be cheaper than flying commercial!
