FAQ
Most airports have Fixed Based Operators (FBOs) where you’ll check in for your flight. Some even allow direct drive-up to the aircraft. Boarding is a breeze, usually completed in less than 5 minutes. However, should you arrive early or encounter a delay, FBOs typically have private lounges for your relaxation.
One of the perks of chartering a private flight is skipping the long queues of commercial airline flights. You only need to arrive around 15 minutes before your flight, allowing for a quick check-in and security check before you step onto your awaiting aircraft. Our crew will welcome you, provide a brief overview of the flight, and ensure you’re comfortable and ready for take-off.
For international travel, passengers must present valid passports and visas. Ensure your documents are up to date, with at least six months’ validity from the date of departure. It’s also prudent to keep a copy of your passport and leave one with a trusted individual. When traveling on business, check for visa requirements with your employer or the embassy/consulate of the destination country.
Luggage allowance depends on the aircraft size and passenger count. While small aircraft generally allow one bag per passenger, larger turbo props can accommodate bigger items like golf clubs, bikes, and other gear.
Most airports feature Fixed Based Operators (FBOs) where private aircraft passengers check-in for flights. Some airports allow private aviation passengers to be driven directly to their aircraft. Typically, boarding your private aircraft takes less than 5 minutes, but in the unlikely event of a delay or early arrival, FBOs offer private lounges for your comfort.
The suitable aircraft for your journey may vary based on factors like passenger count, trip distance, runway lengths, and budget. Our team of aviation experts is available 24/7/365 to assist you in making the right choice.
